KSSR - Primary School
The education system in Malaysia is overseen by the Ministry of Education (MOE). Primary education starts from year 1 to year 6, and accepts children aged 7 to 12 years. Malay, English, Mathematics and Science are compulsory subjects in the Malaysian education system.
KSSM - Secondary School
Lower secondary education (Form 1 – 3) is open to students aged 13 to 15 years. They are given exposure in various fields of knowledge by using the national language as the main medium of instruction. Upper secondary education (Levels 4 - 5) is specifically for students aged 16 to 17 years.
